To finish saving your quote, please enter your contact information below and click “Email Quote”. A copy of your quote details will be sent to the email address you provide as well as our Customer Support Team who will reach out to you to guide you through the next steps in the ordering process.

Not ready? No pressure, quotes are valid for 30 days after they are successfully saved and a customer support representative will still reach out to make sure you have everything you need when you are ready to place the order.

Please select your label shape. We can produce virtually any “special” shape, but for practical reasons, they are not all listed here. For any questions about special/custom shapes – not shown here, please reach out to our customer support team.

Enter your finished label size. Maximum label size is 12.375”x24.5”. There is no “standard” label size, it all depends on your container and desired look. To get a quote enter the final/finished size of your label in inches. If you need assistance sizing your label, our customer support team can assist you in measuring.

Please note that the label preview is NOT to scale.

Also called SKUs or copies, number of versions refers to the number of individual label designs. Example: Lemon, orange, and lime = 3 versions. If all of the different versions are the same size, shape, and finish include them as one quote by adding each of the versions together. Example: 500 Lemon, 1000 Orange & 2000 Lime are all 4”x 5”. This quote would be for 3500 total labels, with 3 versions.

If you need other “like” label groupings such as same flavor, but different size, those labels must be quoted separately.

You will be asked to provide one artwork file per version, and each version is finished on its own roll.

The total quantity of labels needed. For example, 3 versions, all the same size, shape and finish, lemon, orange, and lime and you want 500 of each flavor, the total quantity you should enter is 1500.

If you need different quantities of each version, 250 lemon, 500 orange, and 750 lime this can be clarified with our customer support team when they reach out after you submit the quote.

Please note that there is a minimum order of 250 labels per version and labels must be ordered in quantities that are multiples of 50.

Unwind direction determines the direction your labels need to come off the roll when you are applying them to your products. This is CRITICAL for machine-applied applications. If you are hand applying, or the direction off the liner does not matter to you, just leave the default Right Off First option. If you need help determining which direction your labels need to be, please reach out to our customer support team.

We offer, or can get a wide range of label materials, but the online quoter has been limited to our most popular options. For Wine Stocks, special materials, alternate adhesives, and specialty processes, please reach out to our customer support team. If it’s not listed, ask our specialists.

BOPP – One of the most popular materials used in labeling. A thin polypropylene film, offering low cost, oil and water resistance, and excellent print quality and durability.

White BOPP Plastic – Paper Liner. White polypropylene film, that comes on a paper liner. White is a perfect blank canvas and the most popular choice of materials for eye-catching vibrant labels. Check out our White BOPP Labels Page for more info.

Clear BOPP Plastic – Paper liner. Clear polypropylene film, that comes on a paper liner. Clear labels can provide that “no label look”, but keep in mind that colors will not be as opaque as Silver or White materials, and the color of your product or container can affect the print colors. Check out our Clear BOPP Labels Page for more.

Silver BOPP Plastic – Paper Liner. Silver, also referred to as metallic or chrome polypropylene film, that comes on a paper liner. This product is perfect for brands looking for a metallic shine on their labels. Although referred to as silver this material can be flood-coated in any color and still provide a metallic shine. Also a very cost effective method to simulate Foil Stamping. Check out our Silver BOPP Labels Page for more.

White Semi-Gloss – Paper Liner. White Semi-Gloss paper, that comes on a paper liner. This material is a good choice for you if your product is subject to very hot or very cold processes such as hot fill, or blast freezers. Can be gloss or matte laminated for the desired finish.

White BOPP Plastic – PET Liner. White polypropylene film, that comes on a PET (clear plastic) liner. Due to its enhanced tensile strength a PET liner is probably the best choice for high-speed industrial applicators or if your labels are being applied by a specialist fulfillment company. Check out our White BOPP Labels Page for more info.

Silver BOPP Plastic – PET Liner. Silver, also referred to as metallic or chrome polypropylene film, that comes on a PET (clear plastic) liner. This product is perfect for brands looking for a metallic shine on their labels. Although referred to as silver this material can be flood-coated in any color and still provide a metallic shine. Our online quoter has only two options (Gloss or Matte lamination) – which are by far the most popular. Lamination offers enhanced label durability and protect the inks underneath. If you want another type of finish such as a varnish, or something imprintable on a thermal transfer printer, we offer those options, but you will have to reach out to our customer support team to get started.

What is a “Die Charge”? Well, all our labels are cut into the specific shape and size that you request – using metal plates called “dies”. We have thousands of such Dies in stock already, but if your Quote has specified a size/shape that we don’t already have a Die for, we’ll need to get one made – which comes at a standard $100 cost. Once we have the Die in stock, subsequent orders will not incur any Die charge. However, if you’d rather avoid that initial charge, feel free to choose a size/shape that’s close to what you entered – you may find one that suits your needs and for which we already have a Die in stock.

If you need help finding a suitable size/shape, please contact our friendly Customer Service team at (303) 788 1504 and they can help guide you.
