White BOPP

Colors: White or Pearlescent or Semi Gloss
Adhesive: Permanent or Removable
Liner: Paper or PET

White BOPP is our most commonly used label material. BOPP stands for biaxially oriented polypropylene. This material is both water and oil-resistant, making it great for products that will be used in a damp location such as a bathroom or kitchen.

Clear BOPP is another of our standard materials. This product is great for that “no label look”. This material is both water and oil-resistant, making it great for products that will be used in a damp location such as a bathroom or kitchen.

Colors: Silver (standard metallic) or Holographic
Adhesive: Permanent
Liner: Paper or PET

Silver BOPP provides for a metallic look to your label. It can be flood coated with any color and it often used as an economical and effective way to get a foil stamped look. This material is both water and oil-resistant, making it great for products that will be used in a damp location such as a bathroom or kitchen.

Lip Balm (Tight Mandrel) Label Material

Colors: White or Silver or Clear
Adhesive: Permanent
Liner: Paper or PET

Our lip balm, tight mandrel, label material is available in Silver, Clear, and White. The difference between these materials and the White, Clear and Silver materials listed above is the adhesive. This material has an agressive adhesive that makes sure that the corners of the label stay down. This material is both water and oil-resistant.

Vinyl

Colors: White
Adhesive: Permanent
Liner: PET

Vinyl material is the most durable label material available. The best application for this type of label is for outdoor uses where it will be exposed to the elements.  This material is thicker than our standard White BOPP.

Squeezable labels are best utilized in products that need to be squeezed to release the product inside. This special material protects the integrity of the label after each use ensuring that it stays in place and looks the same before and after being squeezed.

Varnishes are less resistant to tearing than their laminate counterparts but are still a good option to increase resistance to scuffing and smudging while giving a polished professional look.

Imprintable Varnish

Good For: Labels and Tags

Imprintable Varnish comes in both water-based and UV-cured options. Varnish provides a resistant barrier between the inks and the label environment. Varnishes are less resistant to tearing than their laminate counterparts but are still a good option to increase resistance to scuffing and smudging while giving a polished professional look. This varnish is glossy in appearance similar to the regular glossy varnish. However, this varnish allows for printing or writing over the top of the finished label. This is great for products that need to be date coded.
